Looking for any stories where someone's weight gain and increased appetite leads to their partner losing weight, a very underrated niche in my opinion. An entire family or group of people losing weight also fits, no limits on how drastic the weight gain/loss can be, either.

I was reading Princess Bride and in the first chapter there was a French maid that was catching the attention of the duke. The duchess found out that the maid couldn't help herself around sweets and filled the castle with them. The maid gorged herself full of so much food that she practically became a walking blimp. I'm really interested in stories where the female is taller compared to the male character. Sizes like ~5ft male to a ~6ft female or even larger like a ~10ft female to even a greater than ~50ft female.
