The worst thing I can think of to do to somebody is to make them morbidly obese, akin to handicaping them while they don't get any recognision for their condition even if in this case it was forced upon them as in a majority of cases this is self induced.

Insane long shot but does anyone remember a girl that used to post on Fantasy Feeder like.... 10-15 years ago? She had dreads or some other kind of alt goth haircut dyed a neon color and she posted these shitty low res photos of her crazy fat belly and relatively smaller frame.
