C4S sadly removed inactive legacy stores and Eloise's store was sadly part of that wave (others were Bri-Jae, Jae, Kellie Kay, Kellie-Ash, and BountifulBBW to name a few), there's a slight chance it could be temporary but I wouldn't bet on it.
