And the thing that really grinds my gears is that it's not even that difficult. The first image took me less than 5 minutes in Photoshop using nothing but liquify, layer masking, and a multiplication layer. I wouldn't post it myself, but at least it looks better than the original. The second took me around 15 minutes, layering in some SD as well as a bit more PS trickery. But I was able to do both while watching a show in the background. If you're gonna build a name for yourself on edited photos, you should at least put a bit more effort in.

...that being said, she's already built something of a following with this, so I guess why bother?

Sure. The expansion was added to illustrate my point; size morphing can be done easily. Here's a couple versions of just adding 'realism:' one that matches the original edit as closely as possible, and one that feels more natural to my eyes.

and again, I want to stress that this is very low effort. I'm sure I could do even better if I really worked at it.
