You didn't look that hard since it's in one of the pinned comments in this board.

Google base64 (it's like the 1st result), copy/paste the code into the decoder and it'll give you a link. If i gives you more scrambled letters/numbers then copy and paste the new code again and decode it again until it gives you a link
