Echo on the other hand is constantly debated on whether she had enough awareness in the first place to work with someone like Heather, who is infamous for growing her models to rake in cash. It can't be denied she has lipedema with those legs, but it's possible she was addicted to food anyway and was going to end up in a hospital bed or on My 600 Pound Life regardless. Not every fatass ends up like Echo. She was already close to 600 pounds when she made her debut besides.
Don't piss in the popcorn - someone like Jackie being 600lbs is the end of the road and we're going to enjoy what comes out until she packs up shop and makes her exit. if everyone who goes the SSBBW circuit puts on 200 pounds in her career, then Echo was going to end up immobile anyway and Jackie is reaching that summit now.

God bless her boyfriend though, he's doing the Lord's work. Not many models can put away a cake in 6 minutes regularly.
