The business model used to make sense, even when compared to OnlyFans. You were supposed to get an update every 2 weeks with pictures and an accompanying video, or a longform video. The quality of the pictures was dependent on who you signed up with - BigCuties more or less demands separate shots with a photographer while BHB is fine with taking video stills or having the video be the photoshoot. Then BigCuties would touch up the photos, or Bombshells would release them as-is, which justifies the lower price point. The webmaster takes a cut for the work, which should be enough to pay for site costs if you have multiple girls contributing. Where the trust breaks down is when poor management slows down the release schedule and doesn't insist on a minimum level of quality from the models. Obviously with the last one the market will decide, but with management if they don't have things regularly updated then the market just decides FOR them and it ultimately harms the models. It's smart business practice to have models shoot sets ahead of time, or in BHB's case multiple sets in one session, so it's not on them. I mean for crying out loud, Steph has been announced as a return for BC since April - of course she has content ready to go by now. Mollie's debut was supposed to have 5 sets ready to go within a week and she had maybe 2 out for a month or so.

The business model CAN work, but my god are these webmasters dropping the damn ball lately. Either they need to have someone step in and run the sites for them or call it quits. This half-ass shit (admittedly an entire ass for average-size people) is only making buyers hesitant.

Her site is no longer accepting subscriptions. She seems to place more value on keeping her content locked down (i.e., from being shared) than she does on the revenue she could be making from new subs. Questionable given the sunk costs for content production.

I had no problem subscribing to bigcuties because I knew what I was getting. You could tell from the thumbnails exactly what the model is doing in the video. And if the update has a video, it was always good quality and long.

You might subscribe for an update because the thumbnail might make it look like the model is doing X, then you find out that the video is of something completely different. I've never commented here, but certain recent comments here, and Jenni's recent inactivity, have prompted me to comment. Jenni is my favorite model. I was thrilled to see her updates after 3 years of none. There were some great Jenni updates this year, but the membership dynamic was frustrating at times. We were told we'd get updates once a week. Reasonable, but that turned into once every 10 days, then once every few weeks. Sometimes it felt like once a month. No Jenni updates in almost 2 months now is salt on wound.

According to some of this thread's comments, apparently Reddit has been partially blamed for Jenni and crew (her camera man/editor) ceasing updates for now. Why tho? None of Jenni's new videos were posted there. It was said on there that if her new videos were posted there, updates would stop. Her new vids weren't posted there, so wtf? If reddit is being blamed for her old content being posted there, that's just bad reasoning/logic. Many of Jenni's videos have been posted across the internet over the span of her 15+ year career. Reddit is latest to the club considering her subreddit was only made in 2020. There's no way she didn't notice her pirated content elsewhere over those 15 years. I noticed some of her sets in the 2010s were spread out by months. Maybe that was her way of getting back at the pirates, and something similar is happening now?

Nonetheless, I really hope to see new Jenni updates soon. There's still a lot of potential. We were promised a weigh in. We didn't see it. At this point, it's outdated by several months, so it might as well be scrapped and a newer one could be made. A way for them to let us know how recent it is would be for Jenni to say the date the weigh in occurs or show the date.

I've noticed the peak of Jenni's content is when she does requests that fans ask for. Many of her clips for sale were like that. This year, there were some things I requested several times, and Jenni finally did them in video. That should happen more often. It would give fans more reason to be invested.

It would be nice for Jenni to resume updates. In one of her videos this year, she said she was happy to be updating again. I hope she gets back to that mindset soon. If only we as a fanbase could let her know. Her content editor/uploader on reddit has been inactive for some. From what I've been told, Jenni doesn't reply to fan messages through email, social media, etc so I'm wondering how tf her fans can collectively get the message to her.

Ideally, this time away from updating has given Jenni and crew time to think on how do and handle new content differently. If once a week is too inconvenient, maybe uploading several updates once a month is better?
