I think a big reason for the underratedness is she's Polish, and seems to know very little English. I've only seen a few of her videos, but in them she never talked even once. It takes away from them, no matter how much her body and appetite speak for themselves. It also means she can't promote or interact very well, with her writing always being blunt and simplistic.
