So? Why would that matter? Literally half the stuff in Super Mario Wonder is someone's fetish i.e. turning into a Goomba, turning into a cake, blowing up like a balloon etc and they still kept all that weird stuff in the game.

Literally anything can be a fetish these days so it wouldn't stop them from putting P-Balloons in the game.
