What you’re looking for is called weight gain, just a type not related to gorging/eating and is rapid in nature. You should’ve posted this thread in /bbwdrawn/ if you were looking for this in a drawn form.

I highly doubt you’ll have much success looking for what you want here in /inf/ since people here are looking for people and art inflating like a balloon, not fat/weight gain stuff since that would be more easily found elsewhere on this site.
