Tie is a bit boring when you read synopsis.
It's more interesting when you think about it in angle that they both kept growing and growing until they both couldn't take anymore intake and boom they exhale it all out. Scenario descriptions:

a) Egg Balloon: She’s helping with the kingdom decoration by inflating egg shaped balloons, a simple task, we see her inhale expanding her chest (not too big yet) inflating a balloon after the other, until they give her one of the really big ones to inflate, the hands sign her to wait for them to return with a pump for this balloon but she misunderstands thinking they expect her to inflate it with her mouth, so she inhales as much as she can, puffing up her chest to a huge size and then blows, for a second it seems like it worked the balloon becomes giant instantly but she cant hold it for that long so all the air blows back into her body making her look like a giant egg balloon, the hands return with the pump and see the scene worried although she doesn't seem bothered by it, insisting in staying like that as apart of the decoration.

b) Helping Mom: She’s getting some things ready for the easter celebration and Creams wants to help, Vanilla lets her inflate some of the inflatable decoration with a bike pump, she’s about to start inflating an egg balloon when the evil hands see what’s happening so they unplug the hose from the inflatable and shove it up Vanilla’s butt before she even process what that was Cream stats pumping looking at the inflatable not getting any bigger she pumps harder, the air instead is going into Vanilla who’s trying to get her daughters attention but her puffed up face makes it hard for her to talk, we see her inflating more and more as the innocent Cream keeps pumping, until she finally turns around to see her mother uber inflated but instead of panicking Cream loves her moms new shape and jumps on her to squish her moms face while we see Vanilla sighing in a thought bubble.

c) Easter Parade: The hands are preparing a bunny balloon for the easter parade but they over inflate it making it pop into hundreds of pieces, the hands are desperately trying to put it back together before the parade when she gets an idea, she borrows some of the helium tanks they were using and starts inhaling them causing her body to puff up (regular body inflation but she will keep some mobility) as she becomes bigger it's easier for her to carry the tanks to the point they look tiny while she holds them with one hand, her clothes become tighter but they don't tear open, finally the hands realize what she’s doing and overjoyed they try to assist her, anchoring her down so she doesn't fly away, finally we see her wobbling down the street at the parade, the hands keeping her ground so it looks like she walking as waving at the crowd while smiles

a) Ballistics: She gets some upgrades, packing some weaponry inside some of the body parts, more specifically on her chest and lower body to create an hourglass figure that also makes her look much taller, we see her choosing everything from the catalog, silicon power cell implants, cybernetics thighs hiding an a selection of weapons and reinforced inflatable buttcheeks for defense and offense , it starts with the upgrades been installed looking about the same size of her current assets but as she adds more silicon weaponry and air to them she grows in size, finally we see her testing them out during a gunfight , agile despite her new proportions.

b) New job: She gets reprogrammed by neural link to be an hourglass waitress, at first leaving her with a blank stare but as the program works her demeanor becomes more calm and lady like, at the same her body begins to adapt to the changes, her breasts begin to balloon up then her butt does the same followed by her hips and thighs just violently expanding, her legs stretch making her look taller and her lips get meatier, once the program is installed she’s given an uniform so she can start her shift, only for it to end with her snapping out of it, and going on a rampage while her body remains expanded.

c) Explosive Gel: A last resort, she’s hiding from unknown attackers, out of ammo and options all she can do is wait. Then she sees a tank full of explosive gel, that’s when she decides that if she goes she’s taking everyone with her, she plugs several hoses to her body, one up her butt, one on each thigh, and and two on her breasts. She starts to pump herself full of this gel, expanding her body until she gets a massive hourglass figure, laughing maniacally as she does it, once the tank is empty and she looks super voluptuous, the attackers find her, she plunges towards them and she explodes taking them all out, but because guests cannot die in the kingdom she’s the only survivor, keeping her new figure but extremely disoriented and sore.

Scenario Descriptions:

a) Equal distribution: The female hands give her a makeover with the help of the giant hands, they shove a hose in her mouth and start filling her up, she ends up like a big water balloon (body inflation) and she looks very upset about it, the female hands ask her for patience and they call the giant hands who are going to help move all that liquid to the right places, they grab her by the neck and squeeze down causing all the water to locate in her lower giving her huge hips,thighs and a butt of course, she tries to stop the jiggling while the female hands instruct the big ones to try again, they then grab her feet and squeeze up first inflating her head but then it all lands on her breasts making her fall down but luckily her new water bags cushioned the fall, the female hands ask them to try once more, squishing her just enough for equal amount of liquid to go top and lower half, she ends up with a jiggly hourglass figure which they highlight with a new red dress.

b) Re Hydrated: They give her a spa treatment by putting her inside a sauna pod, they wait a little bit and she comes out extremely thin now that all the toxins are out they can refill her with all the good stuff, they move her to a special hot tub and her body starts to absorb all the water from it making her inflate and look like a large squishy ball, they get her out of there and roll her to the last part of the treatment another a very small chamber that will help remold her, they squish her bloated body in the machine using brute force to stuff her in there, they close the door and the machine shakes violently after a little while they open the door to the chamber and a large pair of breasts pop out to greet them, the hands help her get out of there and we see her new massive figure, shiny and firm, she’s looking impressed, finally we see chilling on a chair watching her breasts bounce while the female hands get her nails done.

c) Caked up: A baking class with a twist, 18 is done baking a modest cake when the evil hands show up to mess things up, they spot a giant two story cake that the staff is working on for later and they get an idea, they tap on 18’s shoulder and when she turns around they shove a large chunk of cake in her mouth, stuffing her cheeks and forcing her to swallow all of it to not choke, she’s understandably upset and grabs a pair of the evil hands to beat the crap out of them, but there are more of them around the kitchen, so another pair of hands catches her of guard and stretch out her mouth to shove the entire cake down her throat causing her body to morph into the shape of the cake as the hands push it further, her torso ends up adopting the shape of the cake and she’s unable to move but before the evil hands can admire their work, her stomach starts to digest the cake and all those calories get distributed to the right places giving her a very heavy hourglass figure tearing up her clothes, at the end she uses her new assets to flatten the evil hands while she has a slice of the cake she baked earlier.

Scenario descriptions:

a) Sour face: She’s chilling by the pool waiting for the staff to bring her drink, the evil hands show up and pretend to be part of the staff to give her a glass of pure lemon juice, she takes a sip and immediately makes a pucker face, she asks for regular water to which the evil hands provide by shoving a pump into her mouth and making her drink the entire pool to quench her thirst, her body starts to bloat unevenly with the water quickly entering her body she begins to wobble and shake around , getting bigger and bigger until the pool is empty, once they are done they roll her and drop her inside the pool which she fills up almost entirely , when the hands break free they find her chilling in there with a terrible case of the hiccups.

b) Sweet filling: she’s buying some confections, and while the hands get distracted trying to get her what she asked for the claws that were busy making new batch of sweets, grab her and put her on their work table, they shove a hose in her mouth and start filling her up with different syrups and fillings, strawberry jam, chocolate syrup, caramel, etc, its so much that she’s not really fat from it, her body is bloating (body inflation) and she’s so overwhelmed by the mix of flavors she’s barely fighting it, at the end she’s so massive her clothes get destroyed staying only in her underwear and the claws give her the finishing touches by decorating her with some frosting and a nice plastic wrapper, by the times the hands come back the claws already put her on display on the front window of the store.

c) Inflatable Beacon: She gets lost during a hike in the kingdom’s woods with little to no resources to survive the night, fortunately she finds a “rescue station” nearby, she pushes the button and the device shoots an box into her mouth, she swallows it and her stomach takes the shape of the box, not for long though, once it activates it starts it start making a loud noise and it starts to inflate, her belly balloons up and she notices lights shining inside her , she continues to fill up getting bigger and taller than the trees, her whole body filling up with air (uber inflation) till finally she’s so big she pops out of the woods,clothes destroyed except for her underwear. Huge, shiny and loud, the rescue team is able to spot her miles away from where they started looking and are on their way to rescue her.

They both start at the same pace, huge guts and stuffed cheeks start to show up but neither is giving up , at some point when they are both starting to look fat, the evil hands show and add a “spice” to Chun Li’s food, because of this she falls into a trance and starts eating faster with Cammy struggling to catch up, at the end Chun Li finishes in first place look much bigger than Cammy and still with a crazy look on her face wanting more, she looks at Cammy and starts seen her as a giant stuffed turkey and tries to eat her, but agile even with that size Cammy avoids her and starts running with a big Chun Li drooling and chasing after her while the ground shakes with every step the two of them take.

b) Heavyweight match: The whole kingdom is so excited to see these two fight in a friendly match but before the event takes place the staff tries to treat them nice so they start giving them lots of free food, they gladly accept it and we see how they gradually over do it, with both of getting bigger and fatter but not really feeling like something is wrong, tight swimsuits, butt’s stuck in door frames and shrinking hallways doesn't seem to alert them that something is wrong so they keep eating, hours before the great even they find both of them incredibly fat and far too sleepy to do anything, panicking the staff changes the event to a sumo match and dress them accordingly, not that it matters cause the moment the action is supposed to start they just huge each other and fall asleep right in the middle of the arena.

Scenario descriptions:

a) Booty Clash: Chel takes a necklace from a vendor that makes her gives her an hourglass form at first but soon it also makes her grow into a giantess size, corrupted by the power of the necklace (and being a little greedy by nature) she abuses this power and begin sitting on building destroying them on impact, Shantae seeing all this offers to help, the hands accept her offer and give her a similar necklace which also makes her grow into an hourglass giantess, she defies Chel and the both of them bump booties couple of times and just when it looks Shantae is about to lose the hands help her by supercharging the gems on her necklace making her grow even bigger than Chel, Shantae slams her booty on Chel and eds up sticking like bubblegum under the Shantae’s but while the kingdom cheers for their giant savior.

b) Bottled Hazards: A friendly belly dance performance between the two turns into a dangerous display when the evil hands switch their music player with a golden boombox, they get overwhelmed by the rhythm and starts to grow larger, bumping butts with each other as everything crumbles around them due to the soundwaves they are causing, once they are big and curvy enough they start slamming their butts against the ground  to make massive earthquakes, Shantae tries to fight it without success and Chel is just going with the flow, afraid of seeing the whole kingdom destroyed they use a giant magic bottle (that they just happen to have) to suck the genie in and it works, been caught of guard Shantae grabs Chel and ends up getting her sucked into this container too, at the end we see the giant bottle with two giant ladies squished into and only their massive butts sticking out, Shantae looking very ashamed and Chel looking annoyed more than anything.

c) Lava vs Ocean: It’s the return of the volcano and ocean spirits, they each pick their champion and have a fight over who gets to rule this season, The ocean spirit chooses Chel and the Volcano spirit choses Shantae, they both get possesed turning into giant hourglass goddesses emerging from the volcano and the ocean, they start by clashing hips with each other while the air just fills with steam then they make their butts collide causing waves of lava and water, but heat wins the first round with Shantae burning Chel’s cheeks causing a wildtake and her dipping her bum in the ocean to cool down, She’s not defeated yet and decides to use the ultimate move, She twerks in the ocean and a giant wave emerges soaking Shantae who cools down turning her hot body into stone which later cracks and crumbles into a pile of volcanic rocks, giving Chel the goddess of the sea the victory.

Supersoaker Kitty: Staff is playing with water guns and water balloons and they get her involved, surprisingly she’s fine with it even when one of the hands just shoots directly into her mouth causing her cheeks to inflate with water, she then drains her head by blowing her nose as water comes out of her ears, realizing she has no water gun to play she looks at some buckets of water and has an idea, she drinks all the water from the buckets and her belly bloats up now full on ammo she begins her attack by spraying water out her mouth until her stomach is back to normal, she decides to fill up even more this time and goes to the nearby pool, she starts drinking as her lower body begins to inflate till she drinks the entire pool, she gets up towering over everybody revealing the huge size of her belly as the shooting begins all it take is a couple of shots to make everyone surrender, at the end we see her celebrate slapping her tummy as she sloshes around, happy for her victory.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say Indigestion will win this. His Patreon voters seem to prefer scenarios the more complicated and varied they are.

b) Atomic Juice: New radioactive flavor. She’s offered a new drink which turns her into a kaiju…ish, the first sip just gives her a bloated bottom look, she loves the tingling sensation so she has some more and soon her torso becomes larger and fatter (head a limbs do get a little chubbier but most of the weight is going to the torso), her belly touches the floor and she’s not only wider but taller too, consumed by the feeling of power she drinks the whole bottle and soon her fat body begins to towers over the staff, mailboxes, cars! and…small houses...turns out she only becomes slightly bigger and more plump than the regular sumo shape well known in the kingdom, an inconvenience at most, staff is quickly able to wrap themselves around her and drop her fat butt to the floor before she’s able to do any significant damage.

c) More S'mores: While camping she’s offered a smore, she likes it fine at first but then she ask for another one and another while she starts to get chunkier with every bite, getting taller and wider to the point she no longer looks like a gremlin but a much bigger creature let loose in the woods to terrorize campers and steal their precious marshmallow snacks, we see her attack campers and eat their stuff each time looking bigger and harder to stop,loud burps sound through the woods. The nightmare comes to an end the next morning when they find her stuck between two trees with a huge tummy ache and surrounded by uneaten treats, staff trying to set her free while she tries to not lose her lunch.

a) Inflatable Gremlin: Marina is having some fun with some diving gear, inflating her belly as she plays with the oxygen tank, while messing with the valve the tank takes off and lands into Pearl’s mouth, she swallows it and her entire body begins to inflate quickly, Marina panics and tries to help her but her inflated belly gets in the way, Pearl begins to over inflate, in a desperate attempt to help Marina jumps at Pear’s belly and puts her mouth on Pear’ls belly button, inhaling some of the oxygen inside Pearl’s body, she doesnt deflate however she just stops growing while at the same time Marina starts inflating to about the same size as her co-host, it ends with both of them looking like giant orbs , two thought bubbles showing an embarrassed Marina and a very angry Pearl.

b) CPR Prank: Pearl pretends she was drowning in ink to get Marina to do mouth to mouth resuscitation to her, as soon as they touch lips Pearl grabs Marina’s face and starts blowing causing Marina’s body to gradually inflate (regular body inflation) ending up looking several times bigger than her normal, Pearl is pleased with her new balloon and ready to let go but Marina won’t let her holding tight Pearl’s mouth and ready to get some payback, she starts blowing some of the air back into Pearl inflating her body into the same shape as Marina, at the end Marina finally let’s go of Pearl leaving them both inflated and unable to move with Pearl looking slightly bigger than Marina, with both laughing at the situation they are in.

c) Voting LIVE: The results of the splatfest decide who’s the biggest winner, they both shove hoses up their bums as they start the voting process, ink tanks begin to fill them up and their bodies begin to bloat (body inflation), as they inflate it looks like Pearl is taking the lead growing bigger than Marina who’s looking in frustration of losing yet another splatfest, until her boobs suddenly expand cause of the ink with all the attention now on her chest the votes begin to favor her pumping more ink inside her body, Pearl’s boobs grow too but they cannot compare to her friend’s, in the end we see them both looking like giant ink balloons and Marina looking bigger than Pearl, the results written on their bellies Pearl with a 35% and Marina with a 65% of the votes all thanks to her breasts.

a) Summer Pranks: Staff is pulling pranks on guests again, this time involving special fireworks, placing firecracker in her cleavage while she’s sunbathing once it explodes it causes her breast to expand slightly while also leaving her with a funny face full of gunpowder, later they place one in her buttcrack but instead of lighting a wick the light up her tail which quickly burns up causing her to do a wildtake in pain before the the firecracker goes up and it expands her butt with the explosion, now looking furious and with her butt inside of the pool to cool it while the staff has a laugh, the final prank comes at night where they fool her with a cutout of a attractive hunk, she makes a bedazzled wildatake (eye hearts with jaw and tongue dropping to the floor and when she stretches her lips to kiss it it explodes into a colorful spectacle at the end we see her smoking and covered in soot before dropping to the floor.

b) Showtime Frenzy: She enters the set of the evil hands tv show, like a cartoon she’s so confused and everything is happening so fast she just goes along with it, first they boost her appeal by inflating her head and and then squeezing it causing all the air to move into her body giving her an hourglass figure, the ratings are going up so the evil hands move to the next segments of the show, where they take her really high up so she can dive directly into into a glass of water, they give her a little push causing a wildtake on her on the way down but she manages to squish into the tiny container, the audience cheers while she tries to get her head of of the glass of water, once out she looks like she’s about to scold the hosts but the evil hands grab and stretch her tongue to wrap her body with it and then pull, she spins like a tornado and once she stops we can see she’s with a dizzy wildtake and parts of her stretched out tongue on the floor and some still hanging from her body while the audience goes crazy for her.

c) Toony treatment: Her hourglass beauty treatment is completed but she agrees to some extra treatment without even knowing what it is, so the hands begin to work they spray her with some special lotion that makes her body squeaky and shiny, she actually likes this part of the process but then they move to the next part, they squish her body down by slamming a hammer on her at first looking like an accordion but once they let go we see they shrunk her down turning her into a curvy shorstack, then the hands wrap themselves around her waist, arms, legs and neck and squeeze stretch them out , returning her to normal height but with those part looking way thinner than before, finally they grab the hammer once again and hit only in the head causing a wildtake that quickie turns into a sheepish bimbo expression,they grab her lips to puff them up a little bit and add some lipstick and now she’s ready, at the end we see her wobble away with her new toony hourglass bimbo look.

c) Sexy Car wash: Staff asks for her help at their car wash, she’s getting ready to work and when she bends over to pick up something one of the hoses accidentally gets plugged in her butt, the sudden shock causes her to knock things over and turn the valve causing water to to fill up her body in a very specific way with most of the liquid going to her breasts and lower body while also making her grow taller, all while staff and potential customers watch her struggle from afar as she gets tangled with the hose while she continues to grow, eventually destroying her clothes, she slips with a bar of soap and lands on top of the car she was supposed to be washing, by that point she’s so huge and heavy that she crushes the car completely, both her and the staff think its over for for their surprise more customers begin to show up wanting her specifically to wash (and potentially crush) their cars

Here it is
a) Snow day: She activates her ult and throws it but it gets deflected back at her, so accidentally swallows it and her body starts to fill up with snow starting in her belly as she gains a heavy bottom look but as the blizzard continues to rage on inside of her her body begins to inflate more evenly (body inflation) until she’s so big and full of snow she explodes causing a calm snowfall around the explosion area, at the end we see her land on the floor like a deflated balloon as she’s rolled up and taken to the infirmary.

b) Overhealed: All the healers decide to keep her alive as much as possible while waiting for their tank to respawn, first she gets splashed with Ana’s biotic grenade and she puffs up a little but nothing too serious but then Ana keeps shooting her with healing darts causing her to start expanding faster as she looks at how her thighs begin to expand, then Mercy shows up to help and starts healing her too, as her health bar begins to increase so is her size, she’s so big, she becomes an easy target, but it their shots are useless, at this point she’s feeling like she might burst but is hanging in there until their lucio shows up and uses his ult, causing an excessive amount of healing finally making her explode, by the time their tank returns they already won and we see a deflated Mei waving in the wind like a victory flag.

c) Back in the fight: She gets run over by an enemy Reinhardt leaving her all flattened out but since they are battling in the kingdom hand staff is there to help, they unpeel her from the floor and proceed to give her first aid by plugging a hose in her mouth as they begin to inflate her with air to get her back in shape, but since in the middle of a battlefield somebody shoots the oxygen tank’s valve so she starts filling up with air at a faster rate making her inflate to a great size, her team soon takes advantage of this situation by using her as an extra shield and she turns out to be incredibly resistant for a balloon.
