Might be fun to have a cleverfoxman approach. Make a shooter version where you infect people they inflate or blueberry and enemies slowly pop overtime

>Heal options to pause growth or outright cure it depending on what's consumed or shot into you

> Personal fatality cutscreens similar to wicked pump where you can trigger up close events. Shoving something down a enemies throat,stick them with a pin or rare growth shit power up, a mint for weight gain as a Monty Python way of life joke, or a intimate puffkiss where you fill up those last few drops required to pop! (Again only effective on enemies close to bursting/overfilled, picture doom finishers where you rip out a eyeball or something. Quick, efficient, yet whoa)

And these are just some options. So many things you could achieve!

Koikatsu looks like a cute ressource pack for a visual novel.

I like the style of Icarus illustrations . He has a good relationship with body proportions and characters' emotions. I think it might work.

Need more than just boobs butts and hourglass what fits expansion next? Thighs belly becoming so large you land on you ass and bloat or maybe you bloat all the way full while standing?

Is it slow or is it rapid? I guess it depends on the game type if it's something like a shooter where everyone who inflates is fodder probably rapid but paced with pops but get creative use different types breasts to pop maybe belly to pop floating sloshy use every type in the book in different way so you have at least ten animation circles for enemies to pop

Or what if it's something like a romantic story intimate pov?

Then it's gonna be slow and very very sexual.

Again it depends on the genre you choose
