So Qualtro decided to take down all of his old morphs. I hate to see content become lost media, so if you have anything of his that isn’t up anymore, post it here

I think it's because they realized they were using real people's faces without their permission.

I removed them because they're gross, and I'm not that naïve, stupid person anymore where I thought I had to use real people to improve my work.
I didn't get consent from the models like I should have, and I regret it each time I see my old morphs.
The originals are obviously "better" than the edits I made, and I'd love to go back and re-do the edits to bring them up to par with the originals, but I've been working on my animation non-stop in my spare time, so I haven't had time to dig for my old scene files so I figured a quick Photoshop and various methods like MetaHuman and StyleClip would suffice for now. Even if I found the scene files, I'd have to do a lot of manual work to bring all the assets back together or it's just a purple texture-less mess, which I just don't have time for at the moment.
I'm sorry if you don't like the edits or that I removed the originals from my Archive, but I removed them on my own volition because they're disgusting. Nobody made me take them down, it was my decision to remove them.
I hope you understand why I removed/edited them, but I'd prefer the originals become lost media.

Still I don't see that as reason you should quit morphing all together no duh we all know your art is fantastic as it is but by morphing and adding a human touch to the cgi really was that cherry on top that made your morphs unique from the rest. That said nobody said you had to exclusively make things morphs

Take your Billie ellish for example you could do one with a morphed on face then attempt a full CGI render of her as well in you're own style and upload it as an alternate! Having the best of both said worlds where your art and the morph gets love.

Speaking of Billie morphs of celebrities like that are fine in most eyes like seriously think about it.. how in the hell are you gonna stroll up to Christina Hendricks and ask her

"hi miss Hendricks? Big fan! Mind if I post this blueberry of you on the internet?"

Point is you can't and I hate how everyone expects these things with celebrity morphs now adays there fanart plan and simple!

still just fanart people. They're public figures I get that might not be exactly what they signed up for but even Ryan Reynolds has accepted his dick Pic floats around freely out there just the same the rule of the internet if it exists porn of it exists too.

My point is you shouldn't feel disgusting for making such beautiful morphs. I'll give you the model thing at least and i get why you took those down but you can still make morphs you don't have to quit them when your so good at them noir should you feel bad.

First Stick to celebrities safe bet say away from Instagram models just go for those good ol Hollywood movie stars like Billie and such (worse comes to worse someone hits you with a model release or whatnot handle that as you go and then move on) again like I said celebs should be fine because fanart/public figure.

and finally second If you do do models and stuff ask them or work with them directly try to lean for the onlyfans crowd! In the past particular models have been down to do inflation and fetish based stuff hellresident had a sequence based on a fan bringing a model to his doorstep, Juliette Michelle had the blueberry suit thing, and even berrychicka has been known to commission or allow artists to morph her not to mention you got blowupgirls and taylormadeclips models all of which would be happy to let you probably morph them worse case for a fee. (Hell I say hit up blowupgirls offer your talent as a cgi animator to animate full body inflation scenes for them of scripts featuring someone like Nikki Brooks or something like seriously! A few green screen reactions from a girl with a hose in there mouth while you animate the body would be the MOST GODTIER collaboration!)


So yeah there are PLENTY of ways to keep doing morphs and if you want to do a bonus where you animate a full head model too that's fine by all of us. It's just don't give up on such a amazing feat. All together! Like legit one of the plus sides I find it it gives you a reason to focus more on the body and inflation itself having some girl flail her hands and feet and all while she does all the head work and you get to focus on other important parts.

I get where you're coming from I do but this type of mentality Quadro is why will NEVER have a brilliant animator like you working on like I said a blowup girls level project giving them tools that they could never achieve with just suits and props alone. Like thinking about a full body inflation idea like that with you as said animator (and it doesn't have to be blowup girls even "insert name here" tmc's? Maybe a project for Max growth where you do a slow sloshy animation of koa or something?)

The sky's the limit but that's the problem people and artists in this community always dip out of groundbreaking ideas just as the fun starts so I'll end this by saying you don't have to morph what you don't want to just don't give up on something all together with such potential for greatness just because you feel a little gross. Just because one artwork made you feel gross doesn't mean the entire idea should be dumped in the scrap bin

Perhaps saying I was quitting morphing all together a little overstated. I'm still up to make content with real people in it, I just want to work directly with content creators if I do so (I said so in the Tweet for this thread), and I already have someone I'm working with at the moment but I've been swamped with my animation so I haven't been able to work on it, videos and everything.
Morphing someone like BerryChicka or Candii is fine because I can work directly with them, and I do in some cases.
As for using public figures, we can agree to disagree, I wouldn't want someone to make a morph of myself if I was unaware of it, so I just don't feel comfortable making stuff of random people, if I morph someone I'm getting consent first and foremost. I'm not comfortable making a morph of someone without their consent so I just won't do it. There's others out there who will, and even some who'll take my old morphs and morph new people onto them, but you wont see that come from me.
Besides, working directly with content creators is way better for me, especially as I pivot to animation-only workflow. Making them in-house where I have a say in the production goes a long ways.
I'll probably contact a few content creators soon to be the replacements for the people in these images though, I've finally got some time since my animation is currently rendering.

Understandable you're morphs and hellresidents hold to a more realistic standard so that said unlike others it's only justified for you to treat things in such ways I'm just glad your not outright quitting morphs in general as you fantastic at them that said I can't wait to see what you plan in future

May I suggest maybe hitting up some blowupgirls, tmc or onlyfans models see if they'd be down for something? I know it would be fun to see some famous onlystars as balloons or berries. Maybe someone like peach jars she'd make a cute balloon if she'd be down for such things but she seems like a girl open for some random as long as you make a convincing and fun case to the argument of why she should join the Macy's parade that is? (Or worse case maybe a breast expansion)

But the sky's the limit with plenty of people in this world you can ask! So I wish you well on you're journey and hope for a plethora of models in your doorstep with some interesting ideas to come of it as well

Yknow, as much as I usually think morphs are dogshit, I do think morphing tmc is actually kinda cool. Iirc berry-duke did a morph of blueberry night is the best, and it was pretty neat. Honestly, morphing tmc pictures/clips to make the suit look more realistic in a way or stuff like that is a pretty good idea, if done well

true. I tried overlaying a model over a TMC clip by motion-tracking the suit and comping it in, which was hell, most of the suits are glossy and nearly spotless and you have to get the camera positioned and setup right for it to look right
I sucked at making skin shaders too so it looked like plastic but they look a lot better now, might have to revisit that...

it's extremely refreshing to see a content creator hold this opinion when so many of them are just out there using girls pics without consent, monetizing the finished projects, and having little meltdowns when their shitty little scheme is found out.

Well I feel a lot of morphs aren't that impressive as well when it comes to celebs it's usually free reign with the cominuity. Certain models and people like pokimane count towards stuff like that as well as let face it they monetize there stuff after a more lewd fan base.

It's more wherever someone hits you up with a private morph or we get to Instagram tictok stars a lot of us hold restraints as there more or less much more public people then your twitch streamer or porn model.

Not to mention how do you even really go about asking consent from people like that believe me there are times I've personally asked a onlyfans model or two if they'd want to do a Collab on something like maybe a hellresident manipulation and outside of people like berrychicka I've gotten a decline or two from more Instagram like stars

But what I've learned from is basically go and ask someone who is more of knowledge of fetishy nature stuff berrychicka naturally has a inflation kink. This format basically fits most models
Tmc and other models in the inflation fetish game they're probably gonna be the easiest to convince. More or less you just have to have a convincing pitch and maybe enough monetary incentive so they'd at least think. Well if I getting paid that much (lets say $150) what's the harm?


But the way I see it unless your someone like hellresident or Quadro with that level of popularity reach so someone can legit goggle you and see your works being very professional like your best not bother even trying asking for such things as it's a fast way to block town

It's not impossible to get said models for such things it's just a hard sell so point is consent is best but you're not even gonna get the time of day from someone unless if you're someone of quadros level so yeah a lot of small Morphers kinda see it as what's the point and just watch who it is they post. Celebs free reign. More not so public people eh best keep it private.

hell even like if you are someone like Quadro like I said make the idea fun and appealing to the artist pitch it well so to speak as to make the model as comfortable as possible because there's no harm in asking none the less as this is how things like these below exist at all.
