I've seen real life inflation before, but never this cartoonishly huge. Has anybody (male or female) ever gotten as big or as close to big as OnceDeli?

The difficulty is that we don't really know much about Oncedeli, aside from how they inflated to a gargantuan size 10 years ago. Things like height or if the clip is entirely real (and not morphed at any point) are unknown.

But to answer your question, sort of yes. I feel like Pumpmeup is a strong contender, same with Pinasunrise/InflatressSaundra (I think). In terms of some cis men, Hogslob, Anon_user54 and Jorgven Strangel (I can't recall their actual spelling on Instagram) could probably count. Tuba horse/MidwestFatty (I think) used N2O a few times and got particularly balloonlike. I'm sure there are many others out there.

I think the online community is just waiting for the perfect inflatee archetype. A person dedicated to absolutely maxing their capacity every hour of every day.

Oncedeli was the catalyst that got me into IRL inflation. Size-wise I can't get anywhere near where she is in those final several videos she uploaded (sad to say, I'm pretty sure they're morphed), but I am definitely at the point in her earlier vids where she's laying down. You gotta be a serious degenerate to inflate AND STAY inflated all the time to expand your capacity.

I pump with helium on the regular but the problem is keeping it in me, my system likes to burp it out.

She was great, but the illusion falls apart when you figure out her tricks:
1. She's naturally fat, just as-is.
2. She starts every video sucking in her gut.
3. She lets her gut out over time as the video goes along.
4. Gradually, she leans in closer to the camera more and more towards the end of the video.
Not to say she does 2-4 in EVERY video, but she usually did

Pump-me-up is basically retired at this point, I think when that purge hit and took out most of her content, she just stopped making content. She still hangs around Twitter, and unlocked most of her content for free on Pornhub, but she doesn't make videos anymore.
Pumptress Saundra, I don't know, she's going full-throttle with the poppers, but she doesn't seem to be getting any bigger, despite inflating more often than pretty much anyone else.
There's also Denna Doll, but she(?) primarily does saline/dextrose infusions, and usually just the butt and boobs.

The female belly inflation subreddits tend to have quite a few new inflatees come and go pretty often, it can be fun to poke around through there and find new blood, and some get pretty big, too.

Sporadically finding a story about a young woman asking how to explain her "fake pregnancy" game to a future boyfriend (English-exclusive term) is hot enough. When they tell how quickly they get big (some conversions necessary)? You all really need to try translating your search queries.
