Heat stretching?

Apply heat to keep the plastic soft than blow into it like blown glass and it inflated only way I could think of to give logic to a plastic barbie inflating

So stretch basically would have to melt/warm her plug a hose in and she'd expand much like this dolphin til she reached desired size
