Just wanted to ask if there are any artists on here who would like to share their knowledge and skills with any tutorials or experiences below.

Could be with cartoons, people or videos!
Blueberries, fat, breast/ass expansion, giantess, belly or body inflation - anything!

photshop: bulge and liquify tools, as well as smudge tool.

utilize layers of what you want to bulge, copy and paste, and distort/ expand what you copied.

For video, masking in after effects, bulge tool works depending on how much they're moving.

You could use motion tracking tool on video and apply a bulge effect to increase depending on how much they're moving.
