I'll start with this. Screengrabbed this from /d/ a while back because it rang true for me. Probably the most stimulating aspect of inflation for me is humiliation, the subject being made to look ridiculous and being unable to do anything about it.
A big part of it too is the purely visual aspect of seeing the curves and features of the female body that I already like exaggerated. But power dynamics kick in inevitably because her reaction to her inflation is what makes it really hot. There's always an element of helplessness on her part. For me it was floating. But long story short those stories alone got me into this so I feel a good well fleshed out story going into details on every little thing can get you just as hot and heavy! I personally think it would feel as such:
The actual chewing of the gum would be normal, the tastes of the gum coming in flavor by flavor. If you were hungry at first, you feel satisfied by the time it comes to dessert.
After it hits dessert, your skin would start to change color. This is purely visual and has no feeling on your actual body or mind.
After become fully blue, you start to feel like you're stretching your stomach out as it initially starts to fill. Some goes for your back arms and legs, as though you had just started a morning stretch as you got out of bed. Once your body has grown ~2 inches the feeling would dissipate, slowly changing to an internal pressure. It wouldn't be much at first, but as you grew more and more it would become more noticeable, as well as the feeling of pleasure on your body. As you start to round out, you'd feel kind of like a near capacity balloon, a little give, but the pressure is there.
