It's more of a BDSM thing. It's used as a blinder, usually in torture-play so the victim can't anticipate what's coming. They're separate from the actual suit itself, so the inflatable ones are used to create pressure around the head like the suit does to the body. Sometimes it can be for anonymity but not usually in most cases, as FK has other vids with the suit without the hood, and a hood that has eye holes.
