There aren't that many works that focus solely on BBW characters. There are some works with a BBW character but hardly anything with BBWs left and right. I don't know of any doujinshi.

What I was saying was if Plus-sized elf could inspire more works where there are loads and loads of BBW characters, where it focuses on plus-size women in sexy situations.One can hope.

I may note some works with BBW characters or the occassional BBW hentai story, but don't expect stuff that is head to head with BBW characters. I just hope if this upcoming anime inspires more of that if we see more works that have BBW characters.

For stuff with a BBW character off the top of my mind would be Please Tell Me Galko-Chan! (Ignoring the controversies of its writer I expect that it will be brought up that he bought child porn, figured to mention it now and I expect the thread to just be ranting about this), Hagure idol-chan, melt away! Mizore-chan, Okusan. These works have a bbw character but aren't like Pus-sized elf in having BBW characters all over the place.

Since most Japanese women don't get super fat ,it would be hard to justify a setting that allows for loads of plump women. Them gathering to lose weight is the best one can do. Unless one feels like either setting the story in America or other European nations. Or have the story be a Big Fat future where obesity rates have skyrocketed and even places like Japan have seen more overweight/obese individuals.

Not saying there aren't Japanese BBWs, just they aren't as common as American ones, this just makes it hard for a BBW Ecchi, how can one justify loads and loads of BBW characters, maybe one of those maid cafes that staffs BBWs could be another idea.

Another possible plot is female sumo, but the rules of the sport make it so altering it would be against its rules and it would feel weird/uninteresting to a potential audience. Japanese men have the expectation that the sport is big fat men and the idea of the participants being women is against the rules and would feel weird to look at.

I did learn that female sumo was a thing and the equivalent to mudwrestling, figured most mangaka wouldn't know this or would feel using it for fanservice would feel weird.

I thought for why they don't use the premise of female sumo in an alternate world, future or other country would be that it would be against the tradition that the sport is exclusively male, it wouldn't be of interest to a potential audience and would feel weird to pleasure oneself to.

Maybe things could change and we get a BBW Sumo ecchi, I thought that they would want the women to wear less because it's anime/manga, of course they will have women wear less clothes no matter how impractical.
