This is OP, thank you for your responses. I did some research and traveling and I have concluded on: 1. Southeast from Texas to the East coast (GA, FL, NC, SC) 2. Roughly a parallelogram between Milwaukee, St. Louis, Louisville, and Detroit 3. NYC and LA (not fat friendly but just so many people live there. Also more black and Hispanic SSBBWs than white). When I was younger I was so concerned with my career, family and friends that I never thought I would move somewhere just for my sexual preferences but now I feel like it's time.
