Hey why when I try to post certain videos that are in mp4 format I get error message saying its file format not allowed by server? I don't understand because other files in that format post just fine for me. Please help

if other files of the same format work, then the one that doesn't is mislabeled and not actually the format it say it is. the server validates file types with a tool that ignores file extensions (so that people can't upload .exe files disguised as .jpg, for example).
