It used to be said,

The model ID threads are loaded with morphs. Clearly morphs. I mean, how could any idiot not tell what a morph looks like right? Yet there's many posts asking what model this is because their hips or belly etc were morphed into outrageous proportions.
Could it be they've jerked themselves blind?
