It's a gloomy miserable setting, there's few if any who'd bother with that; only reason Infinite got as much as it did was because (ignoring that Elizabeth isn't a loli) the setting was bright and cheerful before the later game where you start seeing the darker side of Columbia and then everything falling apart.

Adam doesn't work that way, they harvest it from the corpses that litter Rapture and their bodies convert it into the usuable substance that helps make the Plasmids; so if a Little Sister had an inexaustible moutain of corpses to go to town on, she'd more than likely end up a massively inflated ball of liquid with her viens and stretch marks glowing brightly as her body sloshes about. If you really want to go the path of fattening Little Sisters, just have a Plasmid that rips out the Adam without killing them but it's flawed in that it ruins their genetics so that they lose their ability to harvest and are stuck midway between human and chem factory, where they're still stuck with eternal youth and the looks of a Little Sister but they've regained their need to eat food. There's candy bars all over the place so it should be hard not to make them too heavy to climb up to the pipes and if do pull it off, they'll be too doughy to fit.

I had this idea of a little sister in a vent ends up in an abandoned area of rapture by falling out of the ceiling. I imagined it as this candy emporium, untouched by the looting but also filled with a Few Adam rich corpses and there are placards everywhere about being gluttonous and eating your fill from Ryan the Lion.

The little sister ends up eating her fill and then some but when she tries to leave, she finds no exit vent. This scares her and she finds comfort in eating sweets, exploring for an exit and occasionally drinking some Adam. I thought of something; the easy route of making a Little Sister Bioshock WG fic, is to just use the multiverse bullshit they pulled with Infinite and make a Rapture of your own where instead of being designed to feast on the dead, the Little Sisters feast on food to fuel a chemical reaction in their bodies to create the Adam everyone wants while also always emiting pheromones or some kind of mental signal that drives the population of Rapture to feed them and encourage their gains for better Adam production. You can either have a bright cheerful world where the girls get doted on by everyone and shuffle back to whatever replaces the high vent holes to sleep off their super taut bellies after their nonstop day of feeding, or you can have a dark one where civilization has collasped and the place is falling apart as the populace has long decended into madness and any Splicer that successfully hunts down a Little Sister, doesn't kill them but drags them to their own hideout to lock up and constantly cram food down the girls throats to try and produce more Adam as fast as possible, and because of the Little Sisters indestructible bodies, every one that gets caught by a Splicer quickly ends up unable to escape from their belly being so incredibly packed with food, they can't even budge it slightly and are left with no options other than laying against their mountainous guts while hoping they're allowed enough time for the food to completely digest so that they can escape now that nothing is weight them down or for a Big Daddy to come rescue them.

The thing that's allowing the situation of the bellies stuffed with so much food that they're larger than the Little Sisters standing up, is the machine created for the difficulty of farming on the sea floor but perfected along with the complete automation of the harvesting and production of the chemicals and materials it needs to create any food the populace or any Little Sister might want to stuff themselves with.

Right-click and 'View Page Source'. The story should be buried somewhere in the gigantic mass of source code. If you know any words or names from the story you can hit F3 and search for them and that should speed the process up significantly.

If it hasn't been long (a few days tops) you might have some luck searching for cached versions on Google or Bing. Basically the only thing Bing is good for, I think it keeps cached versions for slightly longer.

She keeps accepting the candy several times over the course of the story as she grows fatter and more addicted to it. At first she doesn't show visible signs of change, but then she starts looking a little rounder and clothes a little tighter, then her weight exponentially piles on until she needs support moving.

1. Highschool boy asks out a girl in his class, but she refuses, for she could never sincerely date someone who isn't a female under the age of 10 and over the weight of 200KG. Morbid curiosity peaked, the boy asks if they could at least walk home together, and she obliges. After school, he sees just what she meant earlier, for the walk home has the two of them surrouned by the utter harem of all the fat little girls in the neighbourhood that the highschool girl somehow managed to become well aquatinted with, all them begging the older girl and boy for food like a bunch of greedy piglets. The highschool girl is on cloud nine.

2. Spoilt rich little brat is immobile. In fact, she never WAS mobile. Even when she was little she was so fat she couldn't even be taught how to walk. She never thought anything of it, neither did she even have a desire to walk. Until one night, her tummy growls get the better of her, and she tries with all her might to get up out of bed to grab a bite to eat. She sees her mommy and daddy walk up and down the hall so easily, so surely it can't be that hard, right?

3. It's bring your daughter to work day, and a tired father decides to bring his very obese daughter to check out his office. Unfortunately, he underestimated just how fat his daughter is, because she ends up exceeding the weight limit of the elevator. While the two of them just have to idly sit by waiting for help, trapped in the elevator, the situation is made all the worse for the father, who's currently squished against the elevator wall by his daughters enormous ass. Not helping matters is that his daughter is a complete and total slob. Yeah, you can see where this goes.

Another idea would be if the guy has a little sister, and tries to take advantage of that fact to spend more time with his crush.

That way we get to see a new member of the harem grow into the role.
Maybe have the little sister be an active tomboy type, so the gal has to work for her results
