Looking for stories with a character dynamic between a morbidly obese character and a fitness trainer who is supposed to help them lose weight. This is rare, but I think it is a concept that needs to be explored more.

I don't have story but an story idea that might fit this

I have a story idea a relatively young, beautiful single mom with a teenage daughter who fattens her up out of jealousy, I imagine her as a huge fitness freak always going to gym and exercising and very in shape as opposed to her out of shape daughter, I had an idea that her daughter starts giving her "Swedish nutrition bars" that actually make her gain weight and giving her "fitness shakes " that are actually Weight Gainer & Mass Protein Shakes and starts making fattening food for her, i imagine her wearing a velour tracksuit i also have an idea for a subplot where there's handsome bodybuilder gym instructor at the gym she goes to who she wants to catch the eye of but isn't interested in her , but when she begins to balloon then he takes an interest in her and similar one for the daughter where she gets the attention of hunky football jock who likes big girls like her
