Government mandated female obesity. I'm looking for stories in which all women must be XXX lbs by the time they come of age or else face some sort of punishment (re-education camp, sterilization, whatever) with incentives to climb about the minimum weight.

NOTE FROM OP: I am specifically looking for stories where it is *not* a fat universe. Men are encouraged to be fit, or at least not fat (basic bitch 2022 standards for guys).
