Jessica Steps Up is my all time favorite extreme weight gain story on Dimension Forum. Personally I only advise reading the story until the original ending. The author started a sequel titled Jessica’s Return in the same thread, but I think he really dropped the ball on that one.

It's really hard to find good content at those sizes... but I think that might be more of a tell of "it's really hard to tell/write a good story" more than anything.
