Let's post what we like about the website and how we can improve.

I'll start.
Let's make BBWchan bigger and denser.

First let's make the frontpage less cluttered: BBWchan's mascot, a list of boards, and donation link(s). Nothing more.
Reduce bump limits to 300 replies and the number of threads per catalog to 150+1 and add an archive for up to 10 recently defunct threads. This way we can more than halve the website's current (pun intended) bloat.
Thread creation prompts a warning that asks if you've checked the catalog before making a new thread.

Here are some board ideas.
/bbw/ - BBWchan, the only board with IDs, general discussions, suggestions and compliments and complaints
/c/ - chubby, smallfat, pudgy, slightly overweight, not yet unhealthy
/f/ - fat, bigfat, overweight, obese, definitely unhealthy
/h/ - human, optional board for real life humans, absolutely unnecessary but requested
/i/ - inflation, expansion, everything boobs and butts, also pregnancy
/s/ - slob, lack of hygiene, smells, farts and vomit and shit and piss
/z/ - furry, everything non-human that's clearly based on an animal

Rules for reporting on sight:
No new threads when there's already a general for your post.
No furry outside of /z/.
No smells and smelly substances outside of /s/.
No board-specific subjects in /bbw/.
Report furry and sweaty slobs outside of their containment boards with contempt.

Second let's recreate (insert even number)chan's success: every board gets content creation and contribution threads, NOT boards.
Post #1 is the one, closed, sticky board which has a board-related sticky image like a chub fish for /c/, Snake saluting for /f/, the board mascot for /bbw/, the guy who shouts UNF at a circle for /i/, and the braaap guy for /s/, etc.
Thread ideas for generals are meant to invite new posters and make you report and ban spam threads on sight.

Here are some thread ideas.
/ctc/ sticky (locked) - CHECK THE CATALOG BEFORE MAKING A NEW THREAD
/draw/ - with rules e.g. "don't bump requests" and "don't reply to the opening post"
/edit/ - self-explanatory, includes coloring
/write/ - for requesting, delivering, and showing off
/cap/tions - which is the two above combined
/gif/ - for gif files and animations like webm and video files, for irl see below
/games/ - unofficial games, also modding of official and unofficial games
/beg/ - self-explanatory, includes Kemono and Coomer requests
/lost/ content - self-explanatory
/art/ists - because most artists don't fill 300 posts much less 400
/irl/ real life - same as above but for real life gainers or inflatees, for both images and videos
/rp/ roleplay - self-explanatory
/mime/ or /pret/ending - for mimes and pretenders in fat suits or fursuits
/male/ - for men
/con/fusing - for unclear cases, neither male nor female, and trans
/ai/ - report posts outside of this containment thread
/dis/cussions - board-related discussions, e.g. where to draw the line between chubby and fat

You can come up with more generals, such as /western/ vs. /eastern/, /vidya/ games vs. car/toons/ and comics vs. /anime/ and manga, etc. Generals have only one purpose: to ban spammers upon repeated posting of throw-away threads.
