Really though, the only way to like seriously seriously feminize someone is estrogen injections. Don't even mess with androgen blockers/spironolactone. The injections feminize plenty and just fine also let you still use your dick if you don't take anything else.

I live in a big west coast city and get my estrogen from a medical clinic that happens to have transgender specialist doctors.

They prescribe the dose and all that. The amount sort of depends on your hormonal makeup since each person is different and you usually get blood tests every six months for a bit then once a year.

I don't have my stuff on me rn but I take something like a 15mg per ml dose estradiol valerate and inject 25cc subcutaneously once a week (subq actually works better than intramuscular) using small gauge insulin needles.

I get fully hard cum huge amounts still thick and fertile... Many trans women, nonbinaries, femboys, other estrogen takers etc who even use spironolactone mostly end up still fertile even if they barely cum and it's clear and they barely get a boner. But mostly if you stop taking the antiandrogens you can bounce back fine.

I'm pretty curvy also especially getting chubby, decent tits and ass now since the pandemic but don't have the courage to post pics just yet...

Second claim is untrue. If you want weight to go to feminine areas you have to cycle (lose weight and then gain) and even that's not a guarantee that it will happen. It's mostly up to genetics. However, being trans will change the way your skin feels/looks and it will change the way your body looks in some ways, like giving you breast development. If you're still going through puberty it will also widen your hips. That's all. Thx

There are pills, patches, and injections. Intramuscular injections are not hard and relatively painless. I recommend injections because you'll eventually stop having to take testosterone blockers which really drain you but it's up to you with what you feel comfortable with.

people say that you can stop hormones and reverse the effects, but it's not entirely true and effects can be long lasting and cause health issues, even at low doses

God is anyone from this thread still around? I've been gender confused since I was a teenager but I don't wanna go full transition. Taking estrogen to feminize my body while keeping male functioning is the dream. Would I need to take androgen blockers too or do injections not require that?

(Yet another) tranner here. Depends on what you mean by "male functioning." If you want perfect functionality with healthy sperm, then that's not possible. But if you just want to get hard and have sex, then it's usually a "use it or lose it" thing- just jack off 3-4x a week and you'll be good. You can also use cialis or viagra to induce boners, because it does get hard to get them as easily as you did while full of testosterone. Finally, you can use a light dose of testosterone cream on your dick to prevent atrophy and help keep things working down there. As far as sperm/having a child goes, you'd want to have some frozen before you start hormones. Usually insurance helps with that (I payed $400 upfront and then $200 a year after that). As far as resolving your gender confusion goes, try to talk to a therapist who specializes in gender issues. As far as taking hormones goes, estrogen takes a very long time to take effect, so you have tons of time to make up your mind. You can take hormones for half a year or so without having super noticeable effects (your mileage may very), and what you would experience up to then is easily reversible, so it's probably worth it to talk to an informed consent clinic and find out if they help resolve your issues- if they don't, then just stop. Most trans people (or just dudes with a strong aversion to masculinization) wish they started hormones younger than they did, so if you're young then you're in a great place.
