That said, being fat is one component of health. If you’re just fat but eat well and keep active, that’s a lot different than being obese if you drink and smoke everyday.
My recommendation to OP is to stay chubby and play within the parameters of that. If you gain a pound or two, celebrate it, jack off, and then lose it later if you feel like it. As someone that’s also wishy washy, I don’t think it would be good for your self-esteem if you gained over like 40-50 pounds. It’s okay to get fat and gain weight (within reason) but you should read up on the health risks of acute weight gain (e.g. fatty liver). Staying where you’re at and just eating what you want is optimal. Making a concerted effort to gain weight is a bad idea
