There's something hot about females from a race known for their elegance and beauty race casting those things aside by giving into gluttony, stuffing themselves with food and drink and gaining massive amounts of weight.

Elves becoming victim to a decadent lifestyle, becoming more sedentary while eating more and more food and growing larger and larger, Dranei / Tieflings stuffing themselves and packing on poundage and Demonesses and Succubi giving into the pleasures of gluttony, becoming massive and using their weight to dominate mortals are very hot concepts.

No slob / burping, farting or other gas crap, no males, no Goblins or Dwarves. Orcs are okay as long as their feminized and hairy, scar covered brutes.
