転ぶものあれば抱きかかえ。打たれるものあれば身を挺しかばう。
If someone is falling, catch them in your arms. If someone is being beaten, put your own body in harm’s way to protect them.
世を救い人心富ませれば 自ずとやせよう。
If you enrich your heart with the will to save society, you’ll lose weight for sure.
