How about one or multiple of these? The first would look great as a rather fat slight-pear, the second with a moderate tum and some plush definition given to her arms and face/chin, and the third with an overwhelming gut spilling between her thighs.

No expectations for a full platter of course, just whatever looks easy/appealing. You guys do great work here.
