I just wanted to toy with the idea of a dedicated Samus thread.

Samus does have enough art to have her own thread

this was the first piece of fat art id ever seen which then brought me down the rabbit hole

also tbh i think seperate threads on nintendo series make sense. fire emblem, xenoblade and pokemon have their own threads. nintendo is such a widespread name with So many series that forcing it all into one thread would be a cluttered horrific mess

Because of the long gap between new Metroid games back when she was drawn more frequently. The scenario made more sense for Samus to be obese/blob size instead of chubby because of years of inactivity, and I think the obese/blob size suits her better even after she started getting new games again.
