Yeah, there have been a handful of good girdle/corset stories, my favorite of which was Kim's Weight Gain. Unfortunately, that writer deleted their account (I had the story saved thankfully). scribe1950 also had a handful of good stories along these lines, but they deleted a lot of their works too.

I had a few miscellaneous ideas about Kim, such as a situation where she sits down in a small armchair and bursts her girdle, leaving her stuck and unable to escape, possibly resulting in a rival finding her and stuffing her with food while she's immobilized, or her friends finding her and having to grease her fat ass up to slide her out of the chair. on youtube. I'm not going to link it, but I think you can find it by searching that. It's a pretty good live action adaptation of this scenario. The main girl starts gaining weight and hides it with a corset, which bursts during a photoshoot. The fat suit she wears isn't great but the makeup on her face looks decent. Just wanted to mention this here since I've never head of it before and I think it's pretty good and on theme.
