prompt here is a bit repetitive but it's what gave me the most consistent results so far:

She is being forced to gain weight through the tube in her mouth, and is gaining weight so quickly that her clothes are tearing. She is realistic and has realistic skin and clothing textures. She has realistic anatomy. Her clothes appear very tight. high resolution, 8K, stretch marks,(photorealistic:1.4), professional photography, sharp focus, HDR, stretch marks on skin, athletic clothing

Be sure to max out the "Lora" and Steps if you use it. Turning up the guidance also helps a lot.
The model is really hit or miss with hoses. I had a lot of results that looked excellent except for the lack of hose (usually cuts off at their chin - see the one with the green coming out of her mouth). Anyone with decent photoshop skills could probably fix them up.
