This actually reminds me of a two-part piece I’ve been looking for for a while. It has a vaguely similar plot - skinny girl forces fat girl to get fit, but in the end, the tables get turned and the skinny girl becomes fat. The only real major difference is that in the sequence I remember, the skinny-to-fat girl gets fat because of her own actions, and not because she’s being forced to by the other girl.
As for what the sequence itself looked like, it had an anime art-style (one that was vaguely similar to Jeetdoh’s), the skinny-to-fat girl had black straight hair, and the fat-to-skinny girl had curly brunette hair.

The drawing I'm looking for was a one panel comic featuring a female version of a plague doctor. Alright so recently I saw a three part sequence with Kikuri Hiroi and Seika Ijichi. Basically it was Kikuri drinking and becoming bloated with her showing off her gut in the final part and Seika blushing. I'm pretty sure the character is Pivete-o-grande's (Rion Willians on Twitter) OC Sophie Thompson and the style of the drawing itself is identical to his (for example, she had black cartoon-ish eyes).
