Post women that are seen struggling to perform demanding physical tasks due to their newfound girth and are portrayed as much heavier than they used to be, i.e. fit girls that are not athletic anymore, struggling to walk up the stairs, can't/can barely stand up after gaining weight/eating too much, breaking furniture under one's weight, weighing down certain objects, being too heavy to lift etc. To put it simply, post art with an emphasis on how heavy the fat girl is and how much her weight affects herself and her surroundings.
