I don't see a team being affordable ever with the niche user base and rampant piracy in the community. Kemono is crushing creator's ability to monetize. Anything - too good - that was posted on Patreon (like a 20 page comic drop) would drive it to be instantly pirated and any investment in making it destroyed. That's why no one does that, even if they could. Drip is the way to go, scarce content and requesting support with each public post. And hope the small time gap between a Kemono update pulling your latest content is enough to pick up patrons for the latest drip fed content.

The issue with Losing Control was the abrupt change in tone, it went from slow decline of wallowing and unhappy resignation to just finally suddenly being full accepting of being fat, then wrapping up. I think its a symptom of the character being one his more established MCs, and being more tied to it didn't want to make her too sad or something. I would've liked more in regards of her being bothered by the aspects of being fatter, like more sweat, stuckage akward situations, but I guess BWS didn't want to go too much down that route.

The fact that it was rushed was more the problem. Changing it from a depressing ending to something happier was good, but the sudden shift in which it happened was jarring. What he should've done was extend the comic a few pages to make the shift feel more natural, and let us see her enjoy her gains more. Honestly I like both types, my only issue with a lot of slow weight gain material is when they do in such a manner that more portion of the material is dedicated to extraneous things rather than the fetish itself (coughcoughkipcoughcough).
