>>134905You have to take anatomy into account. I know everyone has a different body type, but fat always builds on existing bodily features. Nobody has perfectly elliptical forearms, and nobody has a giant misshapen neck roll with a normal skinny head on top of it. Unless you're drawing galaxy tier blobs you should start with a normal human skeleton and work from there. That's not to say you can't take some liberties here and there if you know what you're doing, but if you just draw random circles and try to turn them into a person, people are going to notice.
