I've created this thread in hoping that someone has saved their artwork from Pixiv.

I'm looking for pictures that had a girl with brown hair and a blue shirt. She was big and round and desperately needed to use the bathroom. The second picture shown that she pissed herself and became smaller.

Another one is a sketch-only two-parter that involves the same girl, big and bloated, while being carried by another girl underneath her. In the second part she pissed herself again and onto the girl beneath her.
