Last night I was just imagining what a scenario like this would be like.
Any time Tanya graces her lips with a sweet or anything sugary it goes directly to her hips and ass, and stubbornly stays there forever. A moment on the lips forever on the hips and all that.
While she still lives at the orphanage her growth would be modest, her hips widened just a tad and a bit of softness on her butt even while her ribs are visible. But she'd definitely know by the time of her taking those propaganda pictures, indulging in cake beforehand out of a mixture of despair and taking the opportunity for sweets. Visha would probably become infatuated with her commanding officer probably pretty quickly, entranced by the plush lolis curves and softness. After the eastern front starts and Tanya is able to get her position in the rear it's likely she'd absolutely balloon from a combination of easy access to sweets, Visha's efforts, and a realization of the inevitability of her growth as each attempt to diet only causes her already flat stomach to grow concave and expose her ribs again. She wouldn't be just ripping her pants anymore, like in the pic you so graciously made she'd be exploding out of them.
Perhaps as puberty hits her, her emotions would change from embarrassment and despair to getting off to her growth and having to constantly get new clothes, maybe she'd realize what Visha has been doing and discovering she enjoys being a bit of a feedee, rationalizing her not getting rid of Visha as not wanting to waste her talents.
By letting herself enjoy her growth instead of denying it she'd probably finally start developing a soft pot belly as she indulges. Ironically all of this growth would probably convince high command that she'd likely no longer be combat effective and despite her 'protests' would keep her in a permanent position in the rear and on her own rear, getting exactly what she wanted all along.
