Why are you so hard on yourself? From an objective technical perspective I really don't see anything bad about your art here and drawing a fully rendered lineart piece as a "warmup" is an impressive level of committment that most artists don't even attempt.

Drawing is a fine motor skill that improves gradually over time relative to the effort investment you put into it, like any other hobby. You're pretty much guranteed to get better at art over time so long as you draw consistently, putting yourself and your work down puts up mental barriers that only make it difficult for you to continue drawing and will therefore prevent yourself from seeing the improvement in your work that you desire.

You have nothing to worry about, you're a good artist and if you keep at it you'll only get even better. Thank you for so much sharing your work here.
