have a weird fixation on this type of expansion right now; kinda bubbly, muscles and internal organs expanding making a person burst, not conventional inflation shapes, this is different from belly bursting. would like to know if there's more out there, preferably female. i think the bursting scenes from psycho pass are a good example

examples are from gundam seed, pyscho pass and dragonaut the resonance

Gundam Seed, happens near the end of the series, like episode 46-48 in the beginning when a doomsday device goes off and makes people explode, happens to a few other people but this is the best instance of it shown.

Would really love to find similar scenes in manga or anime.

That's probably my favorite/funniest thing about Seed. The whole anime is animated like a cheap toy commercial, like literally "Transformers Armada at home" Cheap with CGI that would make Kirby right back at you embarrassed. And out of no where with no warning it gets super violent!
