The scene where she's wolfing down turkey legs, lets out a big burp as her noticeable fat gut spills over her jeans is so hot. Love that the animators payed attention to a sexy detail like that.
It's hard to not find Gwen sexy. I also love her pale skin and the exposed amount of lower tummy she has on display is tastefully delicious.
A scene I've always found really sexy with Gwen is when she let's out a gross burp in Heather's face. The lethargic and groggy look she has is insanely hot.
I personally enjoy viewing these two as rather apathetic plumpsters that would playfully tease and be cool with entertaining your feedist sexual proclivities.

Not him, but my ranking would go from Gwen, Courtney, and Izzy; smallest to largest. Like I said, Izzy has the sweet tooth, definitely the largest one of the all the girls so she would definitely have a heavy gut. Courtney has one too but not as much. And I can't recall of Gwen is really into eating junk food and candy, but potentially is still there.

Good reasons but I'd say the best way to come to a conclusion would be from choosing a particular lens in which you want to view this situation in. There are no wrong choices really if you look at it.
If Izzy was the biggest then the situation would be wacky silliness in it's purest form. The other two not being as overzealous about something as silly as belly sizes while Izzy shakes her belly around, fully embracing the fact she's the star of a fat pic.
With Courtney it would be pushing the envelope too far, making sure to declare that she's the one with the biggest belly. Pointing to herself and proudly positioning herself at the center in an attempt to declare herself victor in a nonsensical situation. Her competitive nature making her over embrace the fetish scenario.
With Gwen she'd be satisfied in being so weirdly huge that it almost shocks and horrifies the others. The situation going from silly and competitive to more shocking, embracing the stranger aspects that fat fetish drawings can hold.
