unforunately the only lora on civitai is pretty low quality. I did what I could with it, but..ehh. You have to push the weight really high to even have any hope of the hair being semi-correct, at which point the rest of the image is fried.

In addition, models developed here, on this tiny niche porn site, enable us to fulfill this request in less than a day, for no cost, with little effort, in (relatively) high fidelity.

However, you know, the more random vtuber requests I fulfill, the more wiki pages I look at, the more examples I see... the more I think... when they were coming up with the visual design of these characters, were they using AI in the first place?

I think going for a wide "Better With Salt" look on Lily could be good, like she's not got huge ass and belly relative to her body, she's just fat. She's huge in her entirety, arms and face as well. (Maybe go a bit top heavy) For Bao what you have is pretty perfect, but same feedback as above. Love the belly-heavy approach on Bao though.

The example in the lora zip included the glasses, so I did as well. I did not research this character at all and just assumed the teacher/office clothes motif was her default.

As a side note, that lora is a little limited, shes holding a pencil or long thin object most of the time, and it was difficult to get very many different poses.
