this prompt is goated, thank you! for some reason it solved a lot of issues i was having with proportions and size. i think i was putting too many tags and having them far down in the chain.

i tweaked the prompt slightly and applied the azula lora since it works well, and was able to repaint the face for a great final result. thanks again! i love that it took the sweatpants from the og prompt and made her workout clothes that are inline with her actual costume. cool stuff

If you have a lora that struggles just a little bit with anatomy, you can use a canny controlnet instead of openpose. And since canny tends to give the image a solid background, you can just add some reaction faces to the blank space.

In short, we don't really use 30k anymore, a based anon went ahead and made some super elaborate merges. It's got the variety of biggergirls, bottom-heaviness of 30k, quality and lora-compatibility of a normal model, and also recognizes vtubers without a lora. Most of the people here have switched to one of the merges https://huggingface.co/mariaWitch/biggerModelMerges/tree/main "bbw_hll3.1-Final" is the big one. uses same vaes as normal. As the name suggests, it is the best and final version of the bbw merges until the next bbw##k gets finished
There's also a surge of users coming from the deletion & ban waves in 4chan /vtai/ (the moderation there is fucking horrible). I think that's it for news

Please ignore the saturation artifacts, I'm between vaes right now, and remove monochromatic completely from my negatives fucks with image generation so much that I get a different image on the same seed. Mumei, sana, and fauna are all next.

I'm partial to GAME. I like the saturation and skin color, and there's usually less weirdness that needs to be inpainted away. But sometimes I do wish it had the same clothing detail and lora compatibility as final

The only thing I would change about your prompt is that I would add detailed background at the end of your prompt, and then detailed eyes near where you put the eye descriptions. And I think your CFG scale is much too low, both Final and GAME work well at 7.5~ cfg

(Final is just GAME but with the detailed beautiful eyes lora merged at 0.5, loraslayerv2 locon, and the mem-locon both merged at 0.4, however both of these locons are supposed to trigger with mksks style)

I made the following two marines in GAME and Final. The first one is final, the second one is GAME. I think the problem is that in Final Dpep is such a small influence on the UNET/Latent Space that we are losing the background detail that was in GAME to begin with. I personally prefer the fact that Final just gives me {Bigger} without even asking for it though.

You could try a canny controlnet if you want extreme size differences. 'before and after' and 'opposites' will usually only have a small size difference.

If you're using the depth controlnet then it's working as intended.
White is where the ai will try to put something, black is where the ai will try to put nothing. Like a depth map
The weird image that saves alongside your gen is the image that your preprocessor made so that your controlent model can actually use it

I wanted to practice mass tagging and image scraping and lora making, so I made a Dva lora because her existing loras aren't compatible with fatty models

Activate with "d.va, overwatch" and you can prompt with or without her accessories eg "gloves, bodysuit, ponytail, headphones, facial mark, clothes writing, gun". Best strength is 0.9-1.1
Her bodysuit was baked in REALLY hard (literally every single image used for training had her bodysuit). This was intentional because the bodysuit is 90% of the appeal imo, but you can put "bodysuit, pilot suit, clothes writing" in negatives and it can do other outfits well enough

Her skins haven't been tested and aren't expected to work
Hasn't been tested on normal models, but should work the same, if not better

It feels so hard to hit consistency with the AI, one minute you're just generating eldrich horrors (or shit with just ridiculously overemphasized awkward TEETH) and eventually you strike gold. How do you guys do some of your initial filtering (I start with random seeds and generate a batch and usually just iterate on that a bit).

I've had crappy luck with inpainting as well, like in the last image I'd like to fix her hands and the dress so it doesn't come back together at the bottom but it seemed like every time I tried to inpaint and regenerate it was not really correcting it.

Try limiting the amount of tags you use when you generate. More than 4-6 fat tags and things start getting messy, more so if you use emphasis. Lowering your cfg scale to 4-6 might also make things better
Important to remember you really don't need many fat tags to go big, and the less tags, the better, usually. Img 6 of this post is literally just 'ass' and 1 is 'huge ass'

My old work flow used to be generate a batch of 8 without hires and then select the ones that I think would look good hires'd, but now my model is so good that I end up just doing 1 image at a time with hires until i get something good. If I haven't gotten something good in a while I will usually switch.

Second version/LoRA Mix for Gods Amongst Men Edition is going to be coming very soon.
Added 8 LoRA's to the mix, for a variety of additional styles, and should perform better than Final in terms of backgrounds as well, (hopefully)
