So first, two wrongs don't make a right. If she did something illegal, take her to the judge. If not, let karma sort it out. Second, she can press charges against you if she ever figures out it was you. So going back to point #1, let it go unless it's serious. If it's serious, take her to court. Otherwise, you might ruin your life over some bs.
