Most likely he ripped the lowest possible res version of all the videos. Lots of sites like youtube, instagram, spankbang, and I guess also OF use video encoding which creates multiple versions of the same video but in different resolutions, automatically setting it based on your connection strength for optimal loading/less buffering, or you can set the specific res you want regardless of internet quality. It usually goes as low as 240p to all the way up to 4K or as high as the original video goes. He should try going through the source code page again and see if they find other mp4 links, the higher res videos should be there (idk if that's how OF specifically works tho, just speculating)
