>>134871Realistically I wouldn't pay for content even if it was a penny just due to the effort of typing in my credit card. On here, if it's a decoded link or doesn't have a preview available and I have to download, I basically never go to the effort of watching. I only ever will if I've been masturbating a ton around that time and am super desensitized. The main way I jack off is going to a hot tumblr like ellaeats or somebody. If I scroll down far enough that it tells me I have to log in, I'll just go to a different tumblr, because fuck that. Or I'll just scroll down here until something catches my eye. Hell, sometimes I'll just google someone I think is hot.
I think most dudes are like this. I've never heard of anyone in real life paying for porn. If one of my friends said they did, we would absolutely make fun of them, but not in a ""toxic masculinity"" way, but like "wtf why is that even necessary." When I hear "normies" (non-fetishists) talk about beating off, they say they just go on PornHub and scroll til they find something they like. A ton of dudes talk about using celebrity Instagrams. Just going on this board makes you pretty abnormal in terms of how much effort it takes you to get off and hardly anyone here pays.
So I think focusing on guys who for whatever reason (I won't speculate here) want to feel like they have a personal relationship with a content creator — custom videos, personal DMs, etc — honestly probably is the best way for them to make more money per hour and that's why that's the model most models are moving towards (say that three times fast). Just like with gaming, the trend of free or close to it games with battle passes or loot boxes is raking it in, and while I may be unable to relate to the psychology behind a guy who spends hundreds of dollars a year on FIFA cards, I definitely get why the companies like the economics behind it.
