Yeah, there is something you're missing.
Go and read the actual posts instead of taking these cheekily named screenshots out of context.

But in summary it has to do with rumors about smokii, paranoia, and dealing with the (at the time) potential loss of a pet.

Idk why people have to take everything at face value instead of yknow, actually reaching out and talking to people. Use a bit of empathy when judging the actions of others.
